Baby Reflexology for parents with babies from 4 weeks up to crawling age. Learn gentle reflexology techniques suitable for babies to help calm your little ones and help alleviate common infant ailments such as colic, reflux, teething and sleep issues whilst meeting other parents.
Course is £40 for a 2 hour session at Jenn Blair Yoga, 143a Belle Vue Road, Shrewsbury. Course handouts and recorded videos are all included in the price.
