Welcome to Tippy Toes Reflexology, my name is Heather and I have been a qualified reflexologist, aromatherapist and massage therapist since 2010, when I completed a level 3 NVQ diploma at Warwickshire College. Reflexology is a huge passion of mine and I take pride in offering high quality treatments to all ages.
I am fully insured and hold a clear enhanced DBS check for piece of mind. I also hold professional membership with Baby Reflex, Professional Reflexology and the Federation of Holistic Therapies.
I offer a mobile service for holistic treatments around North Shropshire covering Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Whitchurch, NW Telford and everywhere in between where I will bring my services to the comfort of your own home. For those of you who are just outside of my service area or wish to escape a slightly hectic home environment then I do also have a treatment room based at Jenna Blair Yoga, Belle Vue Road, Shrewsbury every Friday or on a request basis for other times/days.
I have experience working with clients who suffer with migraines, insomnia, stress, IBS, hormonal imbalances, arthritis and pregnancy related discomfort. My professional development is really important to me and I continue to further my knowledge in areas that interest me. I hold CPD certificates in Maternity Reflexology, Reflexology for Fertility and Conception, Baby Reflex Instructor, Baby Massage Instructor, Story Massage Instructor, Facial Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, Crystal Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage and Reflexology in Cancer Care.
I also run baby massage classes for parents to learn soothing techniques to help a wide range of common infant ailments whilst meeting other parents in a relaxed setting. I believe using reflexology and massage on babies is a fantastic tool to help encourage bonding and really enjoyed using it on my own children who are now 10 and 7 years old.
Baby massage and baby reflexology sessions can be arranged as home visits if this suits your needs better as these can be fitted around your normal daily routine.
I regularly run wellbeing workshops for Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Crystals as part of yoga retreat days, collaborative workshops, and special occasion activities.

Please give directions and parking information when completing your booking, this will help me find you, especially if you live in a rural area. Payment will be taken in cash or card on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please do so 48 hours before it is due so I can give the slot to someone else. I only offer treatments that are outlined in this website.
