Baby Massage can be offered as a private 1-1 in your own home, as a group class with other parents in a range of venues around North Shropshire or as a private 1-1 online video call. The classes are fully interactive, so you can learn and bond with your baby at the same time.
You will learn simple massage techniques for all areas of the body to help encourage parent and infant bonding, soothe colic and reflux symptoms and improve sleep routines. The classes are suitable from 4 weeks of age as long as you are both fit and well after birth, you may wish to wait until you have had your 6-8 week check up with the GP and been signed off by the midwives.
Resources and oil will be provided for you to use in the sessions and at home. The oil used is 100% organic sunflower seed oil.
Group classes - 4 x 60 minute sessions £40pp
Private 1-2-1 - 1 x 120 minute session £60
Private set of online sessions - 4 x 40 minute sessions £50
Private group class (minimum 4 participants) - 1 x 120 minute session or 4 x 45 minute sessions £37.50pp
