Booking Deposits

All mobile clients will be required to pay a £10 non refundable booking deposit to secure their appointment booking. This will be deducted when full payment is required at the time of the treatment appointment. A secure link will be sent at the time of booking that will include the deposit payment link. If the appointment is cancelled by the client the deposit will be held by Tippy Toes Reflexology and no refund will be given. 

A deposit of 50% on large booking over £80 may be requested at the time of booking your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be taken off the total amount of the treatment fee.

All clients wishing to have their treatment at the treatment room based at Jenna Blair Yoga in Shrewsbury will be required to pay a £20 non refundable booking deposit to secure their appointment booking. This will be deducted when full payment is required at the time of the treatment appointment. A secure link will be sent at the time of booking that will include the deposit payment link. If the appointment is cancelled by the client the deposit will be held by Tippy Toes Reflexology and no refund will be given.

 Refunds For Baby Class & Workshop Bookings

Refunds for bookings on the baby massage four week course, baby reflexology three week course, baby massage masterclass and any wellness workshops will NOT be issued once the course has started, unless cancelled by Tippy Toes Reflexology or the venue in which it is being held. If you are unable to make any of the dates then arrangements can be made to join onto another class date to avoid missing out on learning the course content.

Payment is taken via the ticket link prior to the course start date, to provide booking confirmation and to secure your place, so please ensure you consider the following before making your purchase - course venue location, access to venues, parking arrangements, suitability, appointments you may have, age of child and course content before booking. Cancellations & Refunds For Mobile Treatments

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel a treatment that has been booked in to ensure that the slot may be offered to someone else. If a booking deposit was not taken then you will be charged a cancellation fee of £10 if less than 48 hours notice is given. An alternative appointment slot may be offered to you so you can reschedule to a more suitable date/time.

Refunds will NOT be issued on mobile treatments including reflexology, pregnancy reflexology, massage, crystal therapy, facial reflexology, baby massage 1-2-1 home visits, baby reflexology 1-2-1 home visits or any other treatment offered by Tippy Toes Reflexology not started here but offered on social media pages or elsewhere on the website. A refund may only be issued if the booking was paid in full before the agreed appointment time and had to be cancelled by Tippy Toes Reflexology and an alternative appointment date/time could not be agreed. Refunds will be processed by the original form of payment made (PayPal, cash, gift voucher, bank transfer).

Refunds For Gift Vouchers

Refunds for gift voucher purchases will NOT be issued. The responsibility is with the buyer to check client suitability and location availability before purchasing a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and will not be taken as a form of payment after that date.
