Baby Massage for parents with babies from 4 weeks up to crawling age. Learn gentle massage techniques to help calm your little ones and help alleviate common infant ailments such as colic and sleep issues whilst meeting other parents.
Course is £40 for four weeks at Jenna Blair Yoga, Belle Vue Rd, Shrewsbury. Course handouts and oil are all included in the price.
