Baby Massage Classes

 

Baby massage classes are designed to give parents and carers the tools to soothe their little ones using simple massage techniques which help to reduce the symptoms of reflux and colic, whilst encouraging bonding and  promoting healthy sleep habits. Organic sunflower seed oil is provided along with all resources.

Reflexology

 

Reflexology is the ancient belief that the body and it's systems are mapped out on the soles of the feet and by using massage and pressure points you can help relax and alleviate a variety of symptoms. Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing and balancing treatment designed to bring the body back to it's natural, harmonious state.

Crystal Therapy

 

Crystal therapy is a form of energy based healing using crystals specifically chosen for the recipient’s conditions. Crystals are placed on specific areas of the body, in-line with the chakra points to rebalance and restore wellbeing both physically and emotionally.

Aromatherapy

 

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to bring balance to the mind and body. A personalised consultation to establish your tailored aromatherapy plan, using your health and wellness needs to find the right essential oils to fit your goals.

Loved the baby massage classes. My daughter and I started them when she was 8 weeks old and she definitely loved them too. I found that she would really respond to the massage with lots of ‘cooing’ and smiling which has been a wonderful way to nurture and bond with her. She would sleep very well after the classes and she still does following any massage we do at home. Heather was really lovely at making everyone feel welcome and relaxed. She was great at explaining things and always offering time for any questions and review any of the massage techniques. Overall a very positive experience for mama and baby.
